Tell Us About Your Pets

Start by completing our New Client Inquiry Form to share basic information about your pets and the type of care you’re looking for. This helps us understand your needs and ensure we are available and a good fit for your pet care needs. One of our team members will follow up personally to discuss your pets, answer any initial questions, and schedule an initial meeting.

STEP TWO

Schedule Initial Meeting

We’ll visit your home for an Initial Meeting ($15). This is our chance to meet you and your pets, review routines, go over care details, and make sure everyone feels comfortable. An email reminder along with FAQs and Terms of Service is sent out proior to the meeting.

STEP THREE

Profile Set up

After the meeting, we’ll send you the information to the booking app we use to set up your pet’s profile. Once that’s done, you’re all set to book services via our app.
