Handled With Love PetCare LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Pet Care Professional. As a Pet Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to provide top-notch care for our clients’ beloved pets while they are away.
This part-time position offers a competitive salary range of $14 to $16 per hour.
Job Overview
As a Pet Care Professional , you will be responsible for visiting clients’ homes to feed, walk, play with, and care for their pets. You will also be tasked with providing basic grooming and medication administration as needed. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for animals, excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Visit clients’ homes to care for their pets according to their specific instructions
- Ensure pets are fed, hydrated, and exercised regularly
- Administer any necessary medications or treatments
- Maintain clean and safe environments for pets in your care.
- Provide companionship and playtime for pets
- Update clients on their pets’ well-being during each visit
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of the pets in your care
Requirements
- Previous experience in pet care or a related field preferred
- Is reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must be a true animal lover with a compassionate and patient demeanor
- Is comfortable handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
